Our client is looking for motivated individuals that are ready to take on navigating corporate america and can follow up like a shadow on a large portfolio of their clients seeking ---------- w while this position is a JR. we expect self starters and self navigators. You will be guided by a robust system where everything should always be at your fingertips.

You should be well versed in Microsoft Excel and other office products, as well as, editing pdfs. and have a strong understanding of seeing a project through from start to finish. Your goal with us will be on delivering an actionable answer that later homeowners can make the tough decisions on (in most cases no so tough).

QUALIFICATIONS
Computer Requirements
Computer Speed: Intel i3 Minimum Intel i5 or Higher preferred

Ram: 4GB Minimum 8GB or Higher Preferred

Hard Drive/Solid State Drive: 60GB Minimmum Avaialble

Software: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office (At least Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Monitors: We would like staff to be working on dual screens due to productivity increase. Laptop Requirements: 13 Inch Minimum 15 Inch preferred and additional plugin monitor (preferred) Desktop Requirements:

Timing Requirements
Hours: American Hours 8AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time Coming soon Eastern Standard Times 6AM-2PM Pacific Standard Time

Lunch: Unpaid - Many people like to not take a lunch and opts for leaving earlier.

Holidays: Must observe American Banking Holidays.

Utility Requirements
Internet: 5/mbps Download, 1.5/mbps Upload. Must have access to consistent internet
