Are you the world’s best Ecommerce VA?

We are looking for a VA with FBA experience , building brands , and eco e-commerce.

REQUIRED Experience/Skills:
This position must have advanced knowledge in Amazon, WooCommerce, Dropshipping and eBay stores. This will be involved in several aspects such as creation, development, and management of the online retail part of an existing successful business that is expanding!

Advanced Amazon and Seller Central Knowledge: You must have an expert understanding of Amazon and Seller Central. You will need to have experience in creating listings, fixing common Amazon related issues, creating cases etc. As part of the application process you will be tested on your knowledge. Also it is important to be very experienced in product research, affiliate marketing, Amazon Arbitrage, and Amazon Product Sourcing. You will also need an understanding of how ranking, indexing and launching ---------- 's OK if you don’t have advanced Amazon PPC knowledge because this can be outsourced but if you do know Amazon PPC that would be great.

Languages: English fluency is required. You must be fluent in written and spoken English. There will be a video interview as part of the interview process.

Attention to detail: You must be able to efficiently identify discrepancies, anomalies and trends within data reports.
Analytically & numerically minded: You need to be confident working with numbers, figures and finances and be able to gather useful information from data. You will need to be able to identify issues and solve most of them independently.

Google drive and related apps : You must be computer literate with a good knowledge and be confident using google drive, docs, sheets etc.

Good knowledge in: Asana, canva, youtube, helium 10, jungle scout, siteground, wordpress and social media.
Customer Service Superstar: You will be able to draft helpful and personable responses to customers in the brand voice and with a high level of written English. You will also be able to use your initiative to suggest responses and solve customer issues.

Basic financial knowledge: You will have a general understanding of financial reporting including things such as profit margins and ROI.
