Youtube Growth Expert NEEDED!

We are looking for someone who can help grow our YouTube channel to reach more video views and target specific regions to gain more audience.

You will work within US business hours and help manage their social media pages and develop their online presence.
Expected work hours is 2-4 hours per day, 5 days a week (Mon - Fri).

****The goal is to make Instagram and Youtube platform viral ****

Create short video clips from larger videos for social media that catches the audience's attention.

Blog posting: Follow SOP’s to create and post blog articles.

Social Media: Assist in engaging with niche audiences to grow Instagram followers and post engagement.

SOPs: Create SOP documents from video tutorials

This would suit a proactive person who's excited to be involved with creative media and community management. You will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table, improve existing processes, learn new skills and directly help with business to succeed and be a part of that success.

Expectations to start with a view to rapid growth and process improvement.
Flexible working hours but you will need to support US business hours on occasion and be available for meetings with the Business Founder.

Requirements:
1) Extensive experience managing & GROWING pages on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube channel,
2) Excellent written and verbal english
3) Strong internet connection
4) Experience using Canva
5) Strong experience and understanding of SEO (ranking pages on Google, Bing, Yahoo etc...)
6) You can figure out tasks by googling it.
7) Can produce creative videos based on thoughts and ideas.
8) Knows how to use Canva
9) Creative content creator.
10) Basic video editing to create small video clips from larger videos

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in growing Youtube Channels and Instagram
• At least 10mbps stable internet connection with backup
• Working computer/ Laptop
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
• Valid NBI Clearance
• 2 valid government IDs
