Amazon FBA Lead Product Developer/Product Manager

Job Summary:

Looking to start an Amazon FBA business. Want to hire someone with a proven success record developing and selling Private Label products on Amazon. We will be targeting the private label market which will be challenging and rewarding. Must be willing to sacrifice in the beginning and grow with the company as products and sales increase. As responsibilities, sales and products offered increase your salary will reflect that. Pay will be in tiers. Tier 1- entry level pay until company becomes profitable covering all expenses (< 90 days preferably). Tier 2- All company expenses are recouped and becomes profitable ($.25-$.75 raise/hr). Tier 3- Once company hits $10k in monthly sales ($.50-$1.00 raise/hr). Tier 4- Company develops new products and hits $20k/month in sales. ($.50-$1.50/hr raise). This payment structure will continue as company grows sales and we bring on more products. Goal is to have 5 products selling in at least 3 different markets around the world.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Job entails all aspects of the Amazon FBA Private Label business model including: business and brand development, researching and product development, sourcing and manufacturing, importing into Amazon from foreign countries, product listings including graphic design, logo development, branding, advertising including social media and Amazon PPC, Launching on Amazon, product support, accounting, and be willing to tackle anything needed to help the business grow.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE proven history of Developing and Launching successful products on Amazon (please show proof when applying)
Be self motivated for success and have the drive to make more money
Use Time Proof to log work time and proof of work (mandatory)*
Be creative and open to ideas
Ability to make listings including graphic design and photo shop, we must have the highest quality listing on Amazon in order to succeed as a new product.
Have successful marketing ideas with low costs. (FB, social media, google, PPC, etc.)
Must be familiar with all software in order to project sales, research keywords, research products etc.

About Me: I have been self employed for 20 years. I had one employee work with me for 8 years straight. I will have an active role working with you. We will be a team and I will make sure you have what you need for success. If you don't succeed we don't succeed. I am a big believer in profit sharing and I have personal proof it works. I like to to give bonuses when the company does well. I want us both to make money, however, I need to see solid performance and sales results in order for this to happen. The pay might not be the best starting out but we need to fast forward the tape and think a year down the road. I am the one taking all the risk with no guarantee of revenue coming in. I want to be able to raise your pay in 90 days but we need to have at least 1 product launched and selling by then. I think this is very doable if I have a trustworthy, intelligent, experienced product developer with marketing experience. Starting pay will be based on your past product achievements with Amazon. I will need someone to have at least 20-30 hours a week availability/week to devote to developing this business.
