JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE NOTE: - Preference will be given to those with personal experience in addiction treatment, alcoholism treatment field, e.g. you are a psychologist/mental health worker, or have worked at an addiction treatment facility.


We are recruiting for an addictions writer part-time.


You will be required to write articles ad website content of 1,500+ words on a regular basis for our websites and promotional work, and upload these as drafts to WordPress.

We are a UK based private health provider organisation providing addiction recovery and rehabilitation services for alcohol and drug addiction.


Topics will include (e.g.):
- alcohol addiction recovery
- drug addiction recovery
- alcohol/drug detox/rehab
- alcoholics anonymous
- 12 step treatment programs


Skills Required
- Basic WordPress data input
- Ability to write in engaging, conversational tone.
- Outstanding English (fluent/native)
- Attention to detail
- Meet deadlines, reliability
- Ability to write about addiction treatment niche.


Skills Preferred
- Preference will be given to those with personal experience in addiction treatment, alcoholism treatment field, e.g. you are a psychologist/mental health worker, or have worked at an addiction treatment facility.


Trial basis; We will be trialling multiple candidates with 1 article initially. There is ongoing work for the right candidate.

All content *must* be 100% original. Any plagiarism will result in dismissal.

Rate: $10 USD per 1000 words, non-negotiable.
