GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Goodmix Is a fast growing organic food company based in Australia, with a two tier growth strategy. It’s looking for a person to grow into a role to assist the Sales manager to implement the company online strategy. The role is flexible and most of the work can be carried out remotely with regular check-in meetings and reviews.
Our preference is to an account manager that will report to us on a weekly basis and must be able to prove experience in successfully growing awareness in using the following platforms - 'in this priority- SEO, Email marketing (Mail Chimp), Wordpress (blogging) and social media.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Able to navigate and drive consistent growth in engagement via:- Website/Blogs/Facebook/Google/MailChmp /Pinterest /Instagram/YouTube etc
- Implementing company strategies nationally and locally, and then to consistently advise directors of outcome in a brief report
- Able to drill down on information and contribute to the management team on future strategies
- Able to demonstrate ability to edit photos and Videos sent to us , to then post on social media

- Good verbal and written English
- Attention to detail
- Disciplined post brief reports to Directors
- Able to analyse the work carried out and recommend improvements for the business
- Able to work unsupervised
- Capable of implementing quick and easy social media posts in a fast way to respond to ever changing marketplace
TASKS / GUIDELINES
- Set out a tasks, strategy and perforce levels for 90 days, then review and reset
- Weekly tasks to be completed completed (see below)
- Be available weekly for brief on tasks (once a week)
- Contactable via email 24/7 - reply in 24hrs
- Available on weekly for scheduled calls and updates (1 a week)
- Complete a written report on performance, strategy effectiveness analyse, make recommendations and submit weekly.
SEO
- initial set up (website optimisation)
- ongoing ranking strategy (reported weekly)
Email Marketing:
- upload lists collected (emailed to you once a a week in csv file)
- design templates as required (approx. one per week)
- auto schedule emails (review and set up weekly)
- Fortnightly news letter edit, upload supplied from content to a designed temple
- promotional emails (up to 10 a month)
- builder email subscriber base 2,500 per month
Wordpress
- upload and structure supplied content
- up to 5 blogs a week
- research and apply key word and meta data relevant to content website kept up to date with all strategies
- has continuity across all social platforms
- maintain pages with content updates and changes ability to create new pagesbuild automated sales reports
Social Media
- initial analyse and implements a 'style guide’ time and advice will be provided at set up.
Facebook
- 1 new general post per day (content supplied)
- respond to basic engagement
- execute up to 10 new promotional posts a week and growing by 3 a month
- grow from 10,000 likes by 3,000 per month
Instagram
- 1 new post daily (content supplied)
- respond to basic engagement
- grow from 800 followers to over a 1,000 target followers (Australian)
Pinterest
- 1 post/ day (content supplied)
- respond to basic engagement
YouTube
- 2 original videos a week (content raw - needs basic edit, title, sound description etc…)
