Graphic Designer (part time) needed to review the design presentation of Information Memorandums

Divest Merge Acquire (DMA) is a transaction advisory firm, specialising in the sale and acquisition of client businesses. We prepare Information Memorandums (IM) for our clients’ businesses that are for sale.

We are looking for a graphic designer to assist us with our Information Memorandums (IM). We would need you to review these documents with the view of improving the overall IM presentation, placement of pictures, possible infographics etc.

We are looking for a reliable team member for ongoing regular work - reviewing all our IMs (approx. 30+ per year).

Skills required are outlined below:
• Fluent in English
• Graphic Design
• Report/presentation design
• Proficient in MS Word - our documents are created in MS Word
• Formatting of Word documents
• Confidentiality
• Attention to detail
