Video Editor

I am needing a video editor who can make videos look like this, but better! ---------- . I will be making 1 of these videos per week in the near future. I also make 30 second videos as well. I would expect you to be able to use my ---------- account to get a transcription of the video and added on the video as well.

WARNING:

We are most interested in finding someone who has:

1) HIGH ENERGY

2) RELIABLE, FAST INTERNET (no exceptions)

3) ABILITY TO FOLLOW DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS

4) We need to be awake for at least 2 hours together. I am awake from 7:00am - 10:00pm (mountain standard time).

DETAILS:

This job is 100% video editing. I need you to be able to type and speak perfect English so that the translation of my closed captions are done perfectly.

I will provide you with multiple clips of video of me, and broll. I will title the broll so that you know what it is, but it will be your job to delete and edit and add the broll. I dont want any stock footage. I want to only use my broll.

I would expect that I send you my video clips, then you make the video (most likely around 8-12 minutes.

Then you will make your first attempt at making the video perfect.

I will then write back, via a google doc, the changes that I expect to be done. I will include the time stamp on the google doc.

when you finish a task you will strikethrough the task to show that it has been completed.

After that, I will watch the video again, and the video at this point will either be done, or will require one more revision as was discussed in the previous paragraphs.

Bonuses are given for excellent, accurate, efficient, fast and satisfactory work.

if you fail to communicate with me, then I give one chance to make up for that mistake. If i need to get a hold of you, i expect you to answer shortly. I understand the time differences, but there should never be a habit of multiple times where it take several hours to respond, or worse, not responding.

Also, as my company expands, I will next be needing a more hires. If you help me find the right employees, then I can give cash bonuses too.
