We are a Sydney and London based editorial website that launched in 2013 with a global team of journalists and we’re now looking to employ a VA to become a highly valued member of our team.

This is a full-time work-from-home position (8 hours each day from Monday to Friday).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Detail oriented, efficient and resourceful
- A quick learner who is proactive and enthusiastic
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Experience using WordPress CMS
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience using Dropbox and Googledocs
- A basic understanding of Photoshop

THE ROLE
- Maintaining and updating our CRM contact listings on a daily basis.
- Collating information and uploading to WordPress CMS on a daily basis.
- Creating and attaching affiliate links
- Coordinating image cutouts and uploads with graphic designers using Dropbox (graphic designers would be using Photoshop) on a twice weekly basis.
- Updating our Project Management editorial calendars on a daily basis.
- Communicating with our team of writers, brands and retailers around the world on a weekly basis.
- There would also be the opportunity to take on more editorial roles as you demonstrate your speed, efficiency, reliability and enthusiasm with these essential jobs.

THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL SKILLS WOULD BE HIGHLY REGARDED
- Proficiency in Photoshop
- Experience with marketing automation systems
-Experience with MailChimp
- Social media marketing experience including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
- Feature writing skills
- Bachelors degree in Journalism, Media, Marketing or Web Development

PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS
- An Apple Mac computer with OS X Yosemite
- A dedicated home work station
- A reliable high-speed internet connection
- Back up power
- Skype connection

Our contact will be via Skype, email, Teamwork, Nimble and our CMS system.

PAYMENT
Between PHP18,000 and PHP24,000 per month dependent upon experience.
