We are seeking a self-motivated professional with a strong background in Adobe Creative Suite to work in a creative and collaborative environment for B2B Ergonomic Furniture Company. The Graphic Designer supports the product marketing team for the sales and marketing departments. The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high quality design solutions that inspire, inform and captivate. Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to create and produce graphic and visual materials to include promotions, e-mail templates, brochures, flyers, sell sheets, advertisements, catalogs and instructional materials through print and digital media. This position reports to the Senior Designer at Corporate headquarters.
• Assists the marketing director and supports the marketing team as needed.
• Graphic design of marketing and promotional materials as needed
• Copywriting skills not mandatory but definitely a bonus
• Assists with the production of marketing materials and literature including website and email templates.
• Provides support for marketing events, exhibitions and trade shows as required including flyers, brochures and other materials as requested by marketing.
• Assists with new product launches, and technical specifications documentation.
• Updates and maintains the marketing department's documentation and databases.
• Updates and maintains the product fact sheet library.
Product Sell Sheets (cut sheets)
A product sell sheet is a one-page sheet used in sales to attract attention to a new or existing product. The sell sheet is commonly distributed through the mail, presented at a meeting/trade show, or provided via email to interested parties. The goal of sending out a product sell sheet is to make the other party interested enough to call to discuss features of and terms for buying the product.
•Must be able to design a one sheet vehicle to contain:
o Product photo(s) from different angles.
o Product description
o Product Specifications, i.e. dimensions, SKU
o List the most attractive features and benefits
o Suggested add-ons
•Must have experience using Sketch Up software
•Must be able to turn out daily
Requirements -
• Bachelor’s degree required preferably with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing field
• Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Personable, presentable and articulate.
• Strong attention to detail, administrative skills and organizational skills required
• Sound understanding of marketing principles.
• Effective project management skills.
• Takes direction and responds to feedback accordingly.
• Experience with email campaigns
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
