Graphic Designer for Mobile Apps & App Marketplace

Job Description:

We are looking to fill several positions. The job requires prospects to create image assets for app stores as well as the app itself. These image assets are described as proper icons sizes, screenshot backgrounds and overlaying designs, and descriptions for the individual marketplaces of the app.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma is required
Strong command of the english language. Must be well versed with written English and able to communicate verbally.
Will need to be able to hop on daily/weekly Skype chats in PST timezone.
Will need to understand how to use a graphics editor such as Photoshop or GIMP. Any equivalent program is sufficient, just please let us know what you are familiar with.
Must have strong administrative support experience and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Stable internet connection is required.
A part of this job is downloading/uploading files.
Must have an Android device for testing apps

Job Duties:
Design both the graphical assets for the app itself as well as the assets necessary for the app marketplaces.
We will would provide templates initially, but the candidate must have the ability to create new topics/templates
Proficient at Photoshop
Everyone “knows” Photoshop but how many understand how the tool works. Ideal proof would be seeing the PSD files they used by either sending it to us or having us go on a screen view for them to prove it.
Needs to either be skilled at one or more art styles (cartoons, gothic, grunge, realistic)
Must be detailed oriented.
Keen eye for errors, any issues with spacing, and/or offset pixels regarding to images
The ability to write well in the English language including grammar and spelling. For the most part, you’ll be writing captions, titles and descriptions onto the image assets
Must be comfortable to work on a salary based on goals
Base is $100USD/Month + $100 USD in Bonus available based on performance
performance is based on how many app’s assets you create. Performance will be discussed beforehand so it is reasonable. You should be able to hit the maximum bonus every month.
