JOB OVERVIEW- Cold Calling

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with a very friendly and upbeat personality. This position will entail making phone calls to home owners to see if they are interested in selling their property. The CallTools system will be provided. Scripts will be provided with training. You will be responsible for asking them a few questions via phone and documenting the information in our CRM and reporting back to me with the updated information. Video training modules will be provided on how to do this. Must be able to speak, read and write English very conversationally and quickly. Must be available for 20 hours a week. We encourage friendly conversations over phone using a very friendly like tone while prospecting.

* Must be familiar with or willing to learn the following applications
1. CRM systems, Podio, Hubspot, LessAnnoyingCRM are a plus
2. Calltools
2. Callrail
3. Batch Texting/ ----------
4. Dialpad
5. Mojo dialer/ Calltools (Training provided)

* Must be able to work the following hours
MON -FRI - 9AM -1PM (CST)

* Personality/Technical Requirements
1. Must be comfortable with rejection on a daily basis.
2. Office Admin skills required.
3. Must have a desktop or laptop with at least 5Mbps internet speed.
4. Must be able to work remotely with supervision in a quiet location.
5. Must be tech savvy. Must know how to use a smart phone, Google, and other web based applications that we use. (Training provided).
6. Must have a positive attitude.

Must have prior sales experience and prior cold calling experience. Must be able to deal with rejection on a daily basis.
Prefer that you do NOT have prior real estate experience.
