Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge in SEO & Google Page Speed
2. Completing an in-depth SEO analysis of the client’s current website including sitemap recommendations (structure, page names, redirects, etc.), copied content analysis and domain analysis/recommendations
3. Understanding the client’s SEO goals and expectations (communicating with the marketing team to uncover SEO goals and ensuring client’s keywords reflect their business and SEO goals)
4. Managing SEO requests from clients (delegating or executing)
5. Responding to questions about SEO and client campaigns from tea
6. Managing On-Site SEO performance by checking and improving on-site optimization; checking and improving internal link structure; checking and fixing potential indexation issues; and reviewing, improving, and adding valuable content
7. Managing Off-Site SEO performance by ensuring all mandatory listings are claimed, verified and accurate
8. Researching and proposing new ideas for locally and industry-relevant backlink opportunities
Qualifications:
1. With at least 2 to 3 years experience in an SEO focused role
2. Managed multiple client campaigns
3. Knows Google Page Speed
4. Able to work full time
5. Organized and meticulous in your methodology
6. Able to prioritize. You identify and focus on key priorities, and focus on getting those tasks done first
7. Able to work with a team
8. Coachable
9. Should be open to feedback; act on that feedback
10. Available to work from Monday to Friday from 9 AM onwards.
