JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:

The role primarily interacts with a company’s customer to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition to these, they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.

Assisting in Sales
1. Selling the company’s products and services may be part of a customer service representatives’ job.
2. Provide services and/or products information to assist customers in making a decision about what product to buy.
3. They may eventually generate sales leads. For instance, after addressing a customer’s inquiry, the representative may attempt to sell them some new products upgrades. For instance, he may suggest upgrading your cable service.



Qualifications:
• Male/Female
• At least 18 years old
• High School Graduate and college level are highly encourage to apply
• Able to express oneself, comprehend and convey ideas in English Language
• With good multi-tasking ability
