JOB OVERVIEW

We are a social enterprise in Australia looking for an all-rounder to join our team as a VA. You will be starting off part-time but there's room to grow and increase hours if that's what you want.

The role will have responsibilities in the following two areas:

1. Marketing
- Follow marketing plan and schedule social media content: schedule Insta/FB content into Later; LinkedIn content in Buffer
- Basic video-editing skills: turn video content into shorter videos/tiles for Insta and FB
- Marketing for webinars: create ads for webinar registrations; create posts promoting webinars
- Desktop research to gather personal finance content (blog articles, videos, Insta content) to share on social media
- Re-share posts with a blurb when tagged on social media
- Gather testimonials & case studies
- Line up testimonials as posts
- Save all social media collateral correctly in OneDrive

2. Admin
- Mailchimp: create email workflows and schedule email campaigns
- Email inbox: checking and organising inbox; creating reply templates to FAQs; answering enquiries; scheduling meetings
- Keeping Drive organised
- Keeping records of documents, invoices, receipts in the right places
- Chase up unpaid invoices
- Update website information
- Get affiliate links from the companies we recommend
- Get templates of legal docs and customise
- Updating process templates for all tasks
- Customer service (admin and technical issues)

Must-know software/platforms:
- Mailchimp
- Later
- Buffer
- Canva
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- FB Ads
- Microsoft Suite: OneDrive, Excel, Microsoft, Powerpoint

Good to have skills
- Video editing skills
- Squarespace / basic website design
- Interest in personal finance

We want someone who; has the above skills, takes initiative to improve systems and processes, is detail-oriented, and will get stuff done autonomously without constant direction.
