We are a fast moving and energetic young marketing company looking to expand on the number of writers we have.

Currently we are looking for freelance writers, willing to work at a rate of:

php 740 / 1,000 words || or ~0.74 pesos per word --- (actual rate 15 usd/1000 words)
*this rate applies to writers with proven experience, either academic or professional.

For newer writers requiring training, you can expect a rate of:

php 500/ 1,000 words || or 0.5 pesos per word --- (actual rate 10 usd/1000 words)
*once a writer exceeds more than 35,000 words, they can be considered as professional. No longer required training.

All writing will be done in English, needless to say, your English grammar must be P E R F E C T.
-- But that's not all, grammar alone will not land you a permanent spot on the roster. We need writers that can write with voice and confidence. Mastery of parallelism, conjunctions, pronunciations, and structure is merely walking. You will be expected to run at a quick and brisk pace, day-in, day-out.

But you ask, what is the job/gig/role. For the most part, you will be writing web-copy: homepage, about us, contact, service x, service y, service z. These webpages are for service oriented businesses in the United States. Along with web copy, you will be expected to write 'On-Page SEO': alt-text, meta descriptions, ect. If you don't know what On-Page SEO is, don't worry, that's what training is for.

Other writing will include:
- Product Descriptions / Listings
- Articles of Various Niches [Feature Styled Writing]
- Ads for Facebook, Instagram, or Other Social Media
- Press Releases

The writing style is very much NON-literary, but if you consider yourself a literary writer, don't worry. Apply anyways, maybe you have a knack for copy.

Writers with a journalism background will be comfortable with the dry nature of the writing needed, but will be expected to add a little life, style, and voice to the copy.

The specifics for the writing style are as follows:
- No paragraphs more than 50-60 words, or longer than 5 lines vertically.
- Short and Concise Sentences
- Reading Level of a High School Level American

The application will be 2 part, the first part being your response to the job-post. Which will be non-paid. The second part, don't worry about unless you get past the first part.

Writers are expected to write within the prompted word count, while still being read naturally. For now you will have a margin of +/- 5 words for each prompt. Down the road writers will be expected to write within a character count, not just word count.
