Experienced Amazon E-commerce Guru

I am looking for someone to help me with starting my Amazon FBA business. I am looking for someone who is very experienced with running Amazon FBA stores and product sourcing businesses.

You must know how to run sellers account, and handle various tasks such as:
1. Getting product from distributor to the amazon FBA warehouse,
2. Must know how to pick good products and must also have a history of picking products for other companies. Must also know how to find distributors.

Please let me know what experience you have working with other Amazon sellers.

Please also let me know what experience you have with researching and picking products.

I am willing to work out an arrangement with you where your salary increases depending on how the Amazon store profits.

I am very fair and honest and you will not have to worry about getting paid on time or cheated.

Overall I am looking for a strategic person to help me start an Amazon FBA Store.

If the product makes any profit at all even $1 after all expenses, then you will get a raise.

If the product does well then your pay will increase in proportion to the profit that the product makes. These terms will be discussed when we speak.
