Job Description:
As a Lead Prospector at The Leo Group, you will be responsible for making calls to leads provided to you, finding
people interested in selling their properties, and qualifying those leads before passing them along to the
acquisitions team. We will provide all the software tools necessary to perform the job. All you need to provide is a
computer, reliable internet connection, and headset. You may perform your work anywhere in the world provided
you are available on mobile and desktop (and can respond within a reasonable timeframe). The work may be done
any day of the week between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
This is a remote position. You may work from home or anywhere else where you have a reliable internet
connection.

Responsibilities:
• Call leads provided and qualify them following our script and guidelines
• Other misc. administrative tasks may be required from time-to-time

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication ability
• High level of personal organization
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15Mbps up and down
• Have a smartphone with mobile data
• Have a high-quality headset for calls
• A friendly, can-do attitude

Experience:
• 2 years in sales or lead prospecting / cold calling

Compensation:
Starting pay is $4 USD per hour with performance bonuses ($100 bonus for each deal closed). Payroll is weekly on
Mondays.
