JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a rockstar executive assistant/project manager to support multiple executives at our real estate brokerage with personal and business-related projects. We are located in Jersey City, New Jersey just outside of New York City. You would be working with one main point person, supporting a team of 3-4 people. We are a dynamic and friendly team who move quickly, and love to learn and support one another!

This role will be guaranteed 20 hours per week to start at $5.00 per hour (any set hours between 9am-6pm EST, Monday-Friday), with the potential to grow up to 40 hours a week within five months, and opportunities for salary increases & bonuses. We are looking for someone who will truly be a part of our team. Must be willing to work U.S. daytime hours.

This position includes a lot of various responsibilities. More than anything we are looking for someone who:
- Has a desire to LEARN & grow (we will gladly train the right person to do all the things listed below!)
- Is very organized
- Is a great communicator (in English) written and verbal
- Is willing to form and share opinions and ideas
- Is attentive to detail
- Is excellent at completing projects in a timely fashion
- Technically savvy

Your job will include:
- Supporting the execution of strategic marketing projects, like setting up Mailchimp & helping the team research and get the best use out of the platform
- Ongoing research projects, compiling and summarizing information to make suggestions to executives on best practices
- Growing and managing social media, this includes spending time engaging with relevant instagram accounts (training provided!)
- Minor website updates (using Wordpress)
- Find and manage resources on Fiverr or Upwork to complete small one-time projects (ex. Find someone with $x budget to design a real estate sign)
- Manage and organize files and media
- Order marketing materials
- Draft & send email responses
- Organize media for all buildings and units in Google drive
- Set up listings on our property management site, Buildium
