JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, we would like to hire someone to our team who is a VA that is ORGANISED and can speak English PERFECTLY

1. We need a VA that can do the following

a) Be a Fast Learner - We may throw things at you and you need to be assertive enough to ask questions until you understand.

b) Be committed. This is a full time job. 40 hours a week and we want someone that will commit to many years at our company

c) You will learn social media and tools for social media -

d) You will be able to have meetings with other staff members to get info - you need to write down this info in spreadsheet

2. Skills nice to have

Communication

Organisation - Files, Tasks, Word Files - look through instructions and follow instructions carefully (not everyone can do this so we need someone who can look through 1000 video files and be able to organise them into sections - or at word files.

You need to be good with spreadsheets, data, lists - if you like making lists, and like going through the list to make sure each thing is done then this is for you. For example if I send you to the grocery store with 7 items to buy, and you buy 4 because you forgot 3 of the items, this job is not for you. You need to be able to look at lists, and double check them. (certain people can do this while others just cannot)

Communicate with English people - Must be able to take instructions on the phone, on zoom, through a voice memo, and even a video (so english needs to be good audio and ---------- municate with other Filipinos via tools like slack (skype) or zoom or phone calls.

Pay attention to DETAILS (this is the most important)

We are looking for a certain type of person - We will train you for the job as an assistant

There is room for growth in the company and you need to come with your happy energy - and be ready to hit the ground running. You will get training - We would LOVE someone who has experience in digital marketing, social media, web design and web developmnet, video editing however this is not a required skill! - If you do have any other skills please do let me know

As a VA assistant, your job may vary and be different every day, or it can be the same for a few weeks. You will be helping a team of instagrammers and content creators in whatever they need. This can range with helping or emailing a customer - to organising files, to getting and finding files we need in dropbox, to making sure a task is done that we need you or someone else to do.

If you have to call a supplier to ask if something is done and double check it is done, then you need to be able to do that.

Double Checking is a skill! It is called Quality Assurance. Making sure something is done correctly by following the list.

ALso if you can write documentation so we have a list of stuff we need to do in an organised way, that would be good too!

And you will be talking to other members of the team also. You will be checking their work also

And finally some emailing customers (we have template responses) but if something is not there, you can make some. (again where your english communication would come in handy!)

Starting salary is 15,000 PHP plus 13th month bonus pay 20,000 PHP total 200,000 PHP per year
