WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Candidates for this position must have a genuine interest in the latest technological developments in the industry to include HTML5, CSS3, and mobile web application development
· You're a problem-solver at heart, finding ways to express complex ideas through intuitive design
· Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, user interfaces, Web standards and usability
· You turn out exceptional work in weeks, not months, and are able to jump in on a project at any point in its lifecycle
· Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
· Strong knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, including features and browser compatibility
· A strong understanding of UX and layout strategy
· Team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
· You thrive within a data-driven design culture and can quickly react to changes and new feature requirements driven by our user analytics
· Understanding of responsive design and best practices for individual devices
· Interacts and communicates effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, designers and developers
· Communicates effectively and clearly, in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations
