Virtual Assistants International (VAI) is recruiting 2 Account Coordinators for one of our clients; USA-based Internet Marketing services company "Done For You Solutions". This position is responsible for liaising with clients in regard to their service deliverables/accounts and interfacing with the team's VAs and Web Developers for project execution/management. You will have numerous client accounts to manage and report directly to the company’s CEO in the USA. The starting salary range is P25K-P30K net, depending on experience. There are also holiday/vacation benefits.
Responsibilities
• Account Management
o Responsible for overall management of assigned client accounts (status, requests, billing, etc.)
o Manage client relationship by communicating with the client on a regular basis to update them on the status of a project and resolve issues/concerns
o Build, maintain and manage client accounts status tools
o Provide regular reports on the status of all accounts
• Project Management
o Manage a team of contractors, fulfilling different roles and responsibilities, to ensure that tasks and timelines are met for a particular project or for general operations
o Responsible for providing the client/s with regular reports and updates on the status of the project/tasks of each member on the team
o Assign tasks and manage clients’ project management software
Requirements
• College graduate
• At least 5-7 years solid work experience
• Excellent spoken and written English skills; little or no Filipino accent and mistake free grammar preferred
• Call Center team leaders/trainers/ops managers preferred
• Virtual Assistant team leaders preferred
• Have worked/interfaced directly with North American/Australian business clients
• Working experience with small business clients is preferred
• Experience in Online Marketing (particularly Social Media) is preferred
• High level of professionalism learned/developed as demonstrated through previous job experience
• If/when necessary be able to work from home in a comfortable and QUIET ENVIRONMENT: this means, no outside noise such as roosters, dogs, vehicles. A qualified home computer system and high speed internet connection (DSL or cable/broadband) is mandatory
Commitment
• This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm Manila time. The position requires a steady commitment to 40 hours per week
• No other work or jobs are allowed; this must be your only source of income
• Some flex hours required for calling clients during US business hours
• Must be online on skype and available at all times during your shift along with the rest of the team
