General Admin Assistant

Riverwood Landscape is looking for a general administration assistant to the owner of the Company. The person applying must have the following:

- Perfect spoken English
- Work in our time zone
- Able to answer the phone, note down what the lead is looking for.
- Work directly with the owner of the Company
- Send out reminders for invoices due
- Send out reminders for quotes that have not converted
- Follow up with lawn care clients
- Build excellent customer service at our Company
- Sort through all our leads that came through and make sure they are getting contacted.


We are looking for a long term employee and our looking to hire ASAP. The key thing for us is English, you must have extremely good English for this job.
