We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help growth and improve customer success. The customer success manager position is designed to help new and existing clients with onboarding, answering general and technical questions related to the platform, and to also conduct troubleshooting calls.
Schedule: Pacific Timezone
Skillset:
This person should have skills in:
- Customer service or customer support experience
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, markdown, and how JavaScript works
- Ability to navigate a modern web browser including the ability to use the inspector tool
- Familiarity with modern web app concepts
- eCommerce experience is a plus
