Website rebuild from wayback using elementor

I'm looking for a web developer who is able to rebuild a website from scratch, using a combination of what you can find on the wayback machine + the text and images that we have available.

I need the new website to be created using elementor, using a basic theme such as the hello theme and then rebuilding so it's 90% the same as the original website.

I also need a very quick turnaround time, I have 7 days from today to get this complete.

The website is around ~20-30 quite simple pages, once you have the homepage and another page live, it will be quite a simple task of cloning pages and adding the relevant images + text.
