We are looking to build a passionate team of people who knows what it takes to deliver the best service to our customers, helping our customers to solve home based repair & maintenance issues (Air-Con/Electricial/Plumbing/Handyman) by giving sound advice and booking arrangements for our operations teams for works based in South East Asia and Singapore. Training will be provided. Your job will be based in Philippines.
You will be responsible for:
• All customer enquiries, post-sales customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
• Delivering an excellent level of customer service to maximize leads, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work scheduling and activities related to the well planning of the operations and works as and when assigned.
Your day to day activities:
• Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded.
• Be the key contact point for all
• Manage all incoming calls/messages for enquiries, post-customer service enquiries and requests/follow ups.
• Communicate and report to our HQ teams daily for work progression.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates will be on Trial by per hour rate for starting basis, will be convert to regular/full time basis
• Candidates should be a people’s person and like to serve and communicate with people.
• Good customer service, previous customer service experience is a bonus.

• Possess good verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Proficient in basic PC skills and willing to learn new applications.
• To have own Laptop/PC at home with good internet connection due to the job’s requirement.
• Candidate is required to work 5 - 5.5 days a week on a rotating basis.
