Ebay lister and management of entire account

Hi I need an expert who can get us a high limit ebay account that won't be linked to me nor would it be linked to my main ebay account so that you can do some work on it. The only problem is that starting this month ebay is switching over to ebay managed payment as the processor instead of paypal and with that it has to be linked to a checking out that has the same name as the profile in the ebay account. That is a major problem. So if you can figure out a way where you can get a high limit ebay account and figure out a way to send me all the payments that come in without me having to put any of my information then we can proceed. That is the major problem. After that is figured out then it would be great if there is someone who has worked with ebay before or knows all the rules and regulations that they have including Vero and what's allowed and what's not allowed to be listed. That would be great. Basically once we have this high ebay limit account not linked to me then we need to have someone list profitable dropshipping items for me that they would have to find from Amazon or from walmart or some other retailer and when the item sells have them fulfill the orders and take care of all the customer service side of things. My goal is to make at least net profit of $6,000 a month. I need someone who is fluent in english and writes english with no grammar errors. Someone who has a great deal of attention to details. Maybe Level 2 or higher person. Someone with excellent ratings here on fiverr. Someone who has done this for years and has worked for many dropshippers before. Someone who will take care of any negative or neutral feedback right away to maintain 100?edback score. Maybe someone who is familiar with Paul J Lipsky from Youtube.
