Virtual Assistant NEEDED (Experienced!) PAYS WELL!

I am looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant who has experience in creating unique graphic designs for our motivational clothing brand. This VA will design t-shirts and other print on demand products and list them on Teespring and Redbubble. This VA will also have experience with social media marketing and content creation using Instagram. I am looking for someone with INTEGRITY, who is SMART, FAST, HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED. This is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%! This part-time position is a trial run, but will easily turn into a full-time position for the right person.

You must be able to translate a concept or idea in your own artistic style. I will send you a sample design, word, or phrase and I would like you to put your own creative twist to it. Your design must be visually appealing, stylish and unique. These designs must be unique, and they cannot use any copyrighted designs, etc. By applying and producing designs, you must agree that they can be used for commercial purposes and are willing transfer the rights to those design to myself so they cannot be resold elsewhere else.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. It is very important to me to work with someone who understands and follows directions with regards to "Trademark and Intellectual Property". This is my main priority to avoid wasting valuable time, going back and forth, constantly checking the designer's artwork. If this is not a problem please read on!

2. Your skills must be high. Have an eye for design, be able to create your own original design from an idea or desired concept. Although we will provide ideas, you must be capable of creating your own design from scratch.

3. Along with illustrating designs, you must also have strong typography/calligraphy skills.

4. Must be proficient in Adobe software such as Illustrator and Photoshop. Vectors are very important to avoid losing image quality.

5. Technologically savvy. Must be a star at using Instagram and have the ability to create content using this platform.

6. Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively in English and respond within 24 hours. Must be capable of meeting deadlines.
