Our company is an E-Commerce Firm catering to clients in the US and other countries. We are currently in need of an Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team.
We are currently searching for a candidate with the right skill set for an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist position.

Duties:
Ensures customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
Processes purchase orders submitted through e-commerce channels
Provides invoice to clients upon products prices
Maintains records and orders updated and collect Logistics feedback
Monitors purchase orders status, quotations, shipping dates, and billings Makes sure that all the order process complies with the company procedures
Maintains eCommerce customer relationships by helping to process client quotations and transactions.
Contributes to the implementation of systems for increasing eCommerce customer retention alongside other Customer Services Team members.
Manages vendor samples by informing key stakeholders of its receipt and ensuring it is documented.
Assists the Marketing and Sales Team with special requests (i.e. expedited orders, sample requests, etc.)
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in office support, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory management.
Prior experience with inventory management software such as Quickbooks and BigCommerce.
Proficient in MS EXCEL
With CS background or experience
Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate
Preferably with experience using CRM software.
