Social Media Supervisor

Hi applicants,

I am a social media creator who makes educational science and history content for kids age 8-15 years old. I'm looking for a talented and experienced social media strategist and supervisor. I am looking for a very specific individual who has a proven track record of creating engaging media for YouTube and Instagram.

I currently have 5 full-time employees in the Philippines and am working to build a young-in-spirit and upbeat company culture.

This position will be responsible for working directly with me to develop a social media strategy, manage the team, and implement it. THIS IS EQUAL PARTS DATA AND STRATEGY AS WELL A CREATIVE FOCUSED POSITION. The focus will be on strategically building an audience and managing a creative team.

Key skills:
-Know how to structure media for each platform - Top priority
-Organized team manager
-Pre-produce engaging pieces of media
-Manage several projects at one time
-Good written and spoken English
-Bonus: can create graphics and videos from templates in Photoshop and Premiere Pro

Overall responsibilities:
-Develop an ongoing social media strategy
-Work to develop branding and graphics material with the team, making new templates to increase user engagement and keep the content fresh
-Oversee the strategic development of content and its distribution
-Manage the team
-Steere the brand in a specific direction, bringing my vision to life

Weekly responsibilities you will be expected to do:
-Manage the creation and distribution of 6 YouTube videos, developing and producing the content for 3 of the science videos
-Manage the creation and distribution of 30+ Tik Tok videos
-Manage the creation and distribution of 45+ IG posts
-Build out Facebook and Twitter strategy
-Reach out to my network to book me on TV appearances here in the US
-Create 1-2 emails to send to our email subscribers
-Book collaborations with brands and other creators
-Create data reports for the multiple social accounts on different platforms
