We are proud to present our client who is looking for fun loving team member(s) to join their real estate renovation company.

This company works in real estate primarily with remodeling existing homes, often many are in great disrepair, and we bring them back to life with new modern layouts and picture perfect exterior appeal. The homes are often sold after their completion and It's a fun process to see the transformation occur. Many Properties are 3D Scanned (Matterport) so it feels like you are almost virtually on site with the team as we come up with designs. Our local team feeds you data so you can do what you do best. Regular process updates are tracked through additional scans that keep you up to date and make sure your you're approved vision is executed correctly.

DESCRIPTION
This position requires the ability to accurately model Sketchup renderings, CAD architectural design plans and elevations (including plot maps). If you have experience with mechanical plans, and engineering for residential renovations that is considered a definite advantage you want to let us know about that... this is because many times we our design changes may include changes in structure, room additions, use of different materials, and landscape plans from surveys, site plans and visual references.

There are renderings of different spaces in every home that we renovate that are generally completed: Master Bathroom, Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Exterior Front, Exterior Back, and others may surface in addition ---------- signs will be consistently evolving and will make suggestions that will need to return in a timely fashion for a quick turnaround ---------- ndidate must have general understanding of landscape design graphics, interior and exterior textures, and be able to interpret hand-drawn and CAD drawn structural/landscape designs as well as interpret and accurately model from photographs.

Preferred Experience:
Sketchup/Photoshop: Produce Beautiful Renderings
CAD: Architectural Drawing and Plans Ready to Submit to cities or municipalities for their approval.

Computer Speed: Intel i3 Minimum Intel i5 or Higher preferred

Ram: 4GB Minimum 8GB or Higher Preferred

Hard Drive/Solid State Drive: 60GB Minimmum Avaialble

Software: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office (At least Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Timing Requirements
Hours: American Hours 8AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time Coming soon Eastern Standard Times 6AM-2PM Pacific Standard Time

Lunch: Unpaid - Many people like to not take a lunch and opts for leaving earlier.

Paid Time Off: None

Holidays: Must observe American Banking Holidays.

Utility Requirements
Internet: 5/mbps Download, 1.5/mbps Upload. Must have access to consistent internet

Cell/Data Package: In case of outage must have a way to be able to contact us and keep us informed.

Power: Must have access to consistent power or have a backup generator

Language: English (American)

Personality: Willingness to learn, creative, open to fast pace, wants to learn more about real estate and real estate loans (mortgages), open to project management, must be on the phone with banks and eventually clients, prepare and audit documents

Skills Requirements
Typing Speed: 35 WPM
