I am looking for an expert web developer to work with me on various projects. I am a self employed web developer by trade as well as a business owner and entrepreneur who's located in the heart of the United States. I would like to find an web development assistant to help me with projects where and when needed on an ongoing basis.

I am looking for an expert in web based graphic design to work with me on an ongoing basis when needed. I am a self employed web developer by trade as well as a business owner and entrepreneur who's located in the heart of the United States. I would like to find an strong graphic designer who specializes in web site design to assist me with my projects.

This candidate should have strong experience with the following skills:
? PhotoShop CS (expert)
? Modern Web Designs
? Banner Ad creation with minimal animation
? HTML Email template creation
? WordPress Theme Designs
? Admin Panel/GUI Designs

Personal skills l am looking for:
? Strong Problem Solving
? Good at listening and taking direction
? Quick & efficient
? Good communication - Mostly email, some skype voice.


Typically l will provide a few examples or screenshots of sites (or elements of sites) that l would like incorporated into my designs and l expect you to recreate these designs in photoshop, improvising where specified.

The projects will vary from all types, but typically they will be web based services such as websites that offer a specific SEO service - for example backlink packages, or perhaps white glove local search engine marketing services. We also do a lot of marketing landing pages and squeeze page designs.

I create custom web based software, so being able to also design solid admin panels, members areas and graphic user interface design is a must. If we are a good fit, communicate well and work well together l see this relationship going on for quite a while. As l constantly have development projects in the works.
