Hello and thank you for reading my job listing.
My name is Jeff.
I am looking for an expert web developer to work with me on various projects. I am a self employed web developer by trade as well as a business owner and entrepreneur who's located in the heart of the United States. I would like to find an web development assistant to help me with projects where and when needed on an ongoing basis.
I am looking for someone with the following technical skills:
? PHP
? MySQL
? Linux/Apache
? HTML
? CSS/CSS3
? Jquery/Javascript/Ajax
? Twitter bootstrap
? Responsive/Mobile themes
? CodeIgniter PHP Framework
? Ability to slice & code an image or PSD to functional web page
? WordPress theme/plugins
? API Integration with 3rd parties - strong
Personal skills l am looking for:
? Strong Problem Solving
? Ability to research for solutions
? Quick & efficient
? Good communication - Mostly email, some Skype voice.
I typically have the designs created by a graphic designer (or do them myself) so you will be needed to slice and code designs from images or photoshop documents (PSDs) into fully functional xHTML static web pages. I prefer pages to be sliced and coded into the Twitter Bootstrap framework as it's easy to work with. I am a stickler for good front end markup, and you will be required to do good work & pay attention to detail here, no exceptions. Sometimes we need the pages to also be responsive, again Twitter bootstrap makes this easy.
There will also be a need to take the sliced design and program it into a fully functional site. There are various sites we create, sometimes we use cURL to scrap results from various places to display on our pages. We use a CRM known as LimeLight CRM which has a fully integrated API, and there are also times we create a custom solution storing user details in a MySQL database.
If we are a good fit, communicate well and work well together l see this relationship to be a long term position. l am constantly working on the development of fun and interesting projects.
