Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-channel, personalized nurture programs that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data, and engagement activity to engage customers and drive revenue.
- Create, implement, and maintain dashboards of key success metrics and develop lead scoring, stage management, and reporting with Marketing
- Project management - ensuring projects launch on-time and on-budget.
- Build test frameworks (A/B tests, deliverability and tracking) to continually improve campaign metrics.
- Provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI and leading status meetings providing weekly insights to all stakeholders; Provide insight into website visitor behaviour, identify potential site design changes and marketing initiatives.
