JOB OVERVIEW

Are you looking to run your own marketing agency in the future? Would you like to work with a fast growing agency, and work with the CEO to gain valuable experience in order to jumpstart your own future career.

We are a media production agency based in Singapore and China. We work mainly with international B2B brands, in the engineering, technology and medical industry.

We are looking for a virtual assistant to work closely with the CEO to:

Routine Tasks:
- maintain and deconflict appointments for the CEO
- follow up on to-do list and appointments
- manage & maintain contact lists
- email replies to partners

Project:
- document new hire onboarding processes
- growing linkedin network

Bonus if you can do some of the following:
- copy editing for social media articles
- prepare proposals for prospects based on a given template
- basic design for EDMs for ad-hoc emails
- basic video editing for social media posts

Important Traits you should have:


In order to succeed in the role, you should:
- Be self motivated
- Have high interest in technology, video and live streaming
- Good written English
- Be detail oriented and really well organized
- A stable internet connection
