Online Marketing & Sales Position

This is a remote position as Marketing & Sales Assistant for a Headphones Brand.
We’re looking for a highly proactive person, able to work on their own and adhere to strict timelines.

Requirements:
• Degree on business, marketing or ---------- t required but it will be a plus.
• Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience as VA is a plus.
• Highly proactive and knowledgeable in E-commerce market.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook in particular)
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify is not necessary but will be considered when
filtering candidates.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify is necessary
• Knowledge and proficiency of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred

Tasks:
• Creating and sorting Amazon Seller Central and Shopify store Reports
• Basic editing of Amazon Listings mainly researching text and keywords
• Dealing with basic customer support tasks such as replying to customer questions, queries, warranty registration, etc.
• Creation of engaging social media content (especially Instagram and Facebook). Raw images will be provided, will need to edit images following brand guidelines
• Influencer outreach (Instagram & Youtube)
• Media outreach with the aim of getting article coverage (reviews, list inclusions, etc)
• Weekly phone call updates
