UX manager (remote)

Job brief
We are looking for a UX manager to support our department. You will act as a testing manager for our clients' applications and sites related to the health, usability, security and compatibility of their software.

Your main responsibilities include simple actions according to the task received from the top manager (for example, installing an application from the AppStore or GooglePlay, registering and testing this application) and drawing up a report according to the completed task. Our ideal candidate has a couple of hours a day free and a desire to develop their horizons on the Internet. Also can solve various tasks in a timely manner.

Ultimately you should be able to ensure that you complete the step by step task given by your top manager.

Duties
Job process control
Preparation of reports (it is important that the report is complete and describes the execution process as much as possible, the pros and cons of using and the quality of the application under test, a description of the difficulties encountered)
Organization and maintenance of the worksheet
Create regular reports (for example, application health indicators depending on its rating in AppStore or GooglePlay)
Permanent online communication and interaction with a top manager
Participate in projects to improve the quality of our company (for example, help organize the top best applications)
Analysis of trends and performance indicators

Requirements
No work experience (desire to work is a must!)
Free work schedule (at least two hours a day)
Experience in using modern gadgets (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
Computer literacy
Basic English (reporting in English, as well as communication with a top manager)
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and personal communication skills
BS in human resources or related field
People oriented and result oriented
