Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for acquiring sellers to join and start selling on any e-commerce platform.
• Responsible for acquiring walk-in & offline sellers to join and start selling on any e-commerce platform.
• Conceptualize and track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for any e-commerce platform.
• Act as a liaison for new sellers/ merchants.
• Consistently meet the Company’s KPIs.
• Create report, presentation and updates.
• Supports new sellers with onboarding and incubation after the acquisition
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Marketing or related course.
• Experience in E-commerce platform is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Possesses strategic thinking on how to acquire new sellers.
• Driven, motivated and willing to learn.
• With good negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with sellers/ merchants and be a team player.
• Must be flexible to conduct seller visits in different locations (If necessary).
