Customer Service Representative

Need someone who can work 6 hours per day Monday - Saturday. Main tasks are the following:
- Reply customer´s concerns or/and inquiries via email and Social Media
- Handle disputes
- Review and submit orders
- Manage tickets

Knowing Spanish is desired but not mandatory
