Shopify Developer and designer

Looking for a shopify developer and designer. I have 5 shopify sites and am currently in the process of remodeling many of them. I need a part time or full time helper to assist in the designs of the site, layout, structure, integrations, and page loading speeds. We already have another staff member assisting but will be needing additional help.

Requirements are:

Flexible Schedule (able to work during the daytime EST)
Proficient in english reading and ---------- sign
