Cogniview is looking for an experienced, energetic, team-oriented, highly organized Customer Service Representative.
Duties include high volume telephone contact with customers and vendors, order entry, processing purchase orders, delivery coordination, and complaint resolution. Individual will provide support to outside sales staff for pricing, product availability, scheduling and feedback.
Must be fluent in English, have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Minimum 1 years experience in customer service. Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus. This is a full time position with company benefits.
Applicant must meet all technical requirements. This includes the computer, internet, phone, headsets and home office requirements.
Working Hours: 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday 7pm-5am (Philippines time)
