Need an IOS/Android developer

Hi everyone,

I have a video file I want it to be interactive. For example on the movie clip 0:19 part, I want it to pause. A "click/touch to continue..." text will then appear. When the user will click on that text area/part, I want it to play again and resume.

The idea is just like that and repetitive which means it will be done several times in a video file.

It should be able to work on mobile devices (IOS and Android).
