Training Officer

The Training Officer is primarily responsible for the development of design
and content for online training or courses of Bayan Academy or its institutional partners. He/She
shall assist the e-Learning Manager in coordinating with the various partners and consultants
needed to realize the development plans, preparing/maintaining the necessary resources for the
platform, and other activities relevant to the Bayan Academy’s online learning initiatives. He/She
shall also coordinate existing and future education projects under the BEST program. All the
1job functions stated herein shall be carried out in close coordination with Bayan Academy’s
program managers and project officers.
