Traffic Generation / Social Media Marketing / VA

Due to rapid growth, our Canada based Web Marketing and Development Company is looking for a Virtual Assistant to aid us with maintenance of several social media accounts as well as to support our marketing initiatives.

The position will be long-term, and the successful candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, etc. accounts as well as mining, researching and contacting our prospective clients.

Work can start as soon as you're ready to begin.

The ideal candidate must:
1) Have a strong track record of managing social media accounts as well as lead generation tasks. In your job application, please provide samples of managed accounts on social media.
2) Have expertise in writing contents (short articles, posts and tweets), rewriting/customizing PLR products.
3) Have a perfect understanding of social media interactions and social media marketing
4) Have working knowledge about email marketing and lead generation process
5) Be completely confident with internet/business research
6) Be up-to-date with the latest web research tools, have access to a reliable Internet provider and have PayPal account
7) Be extremely skilled in customer service as well as cold-calling process
8) Has the ability to use Skype for communications
9) Be willing to work at least 40 hours per day, with room for extra hours if needed. This is a must, as our business is growing very rapidly, and hopefully your income can grow with us too.

Aside from the job itself, the ideal candidate must also:
1) Excellent writing and communication skills (American Business English) - this is our main priority.
2) Have a very high level of responsibility and professionalism, especially when communicating with clients and completing the work quickly
3) Be excellent at problem solving and making their own successful decisions
4) Have great communication, keeping me informed of progress daily
5) Be fast and responsive to task requests - or in other words - getting the job done as soon as possible, without sacrificing quality
