Illustrator - merchandise designer

Hello, we are looking for a full time illustrator for our shirt and mug business, we'd like an illustrator who is good with character design, typography etc

Requirements
- Must be able to design 30-40 designs a day
- Fast Internet to download and upload to Dropbox
- Must complete 40 hours each week using Time Doctor app

What we provide
- Starting pay is 20,000/ month salary
- Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
- I week bonus pay after example art received (paid once hired)
- Two weeks paid vacation per year
- National Holidays are off (paid)
- 13th month bonus (December 2020)
- 10% raise each year (On anniversary date)
- Flexible hours (Choose yourself)
- Work from home

What YOU Provide
- Must have your own computer
- Must have high speed internet
- Must have illustration software (Procreate, Adobe illustrator etc)
- 40 hours of work each week
- Must be willing to learn and take assignments
- Must perform some virtual assistant duties
- Must communicate through Slack and Asana apps
- Must perform well as a team
- Must meet deadlines 100%
