Amazon fba VA/Partner

I need a smart and educated person to help me find amazon products and start an amazon fba business, need this person to help me find the product, contact the manufacturer and out source it, post the listing on amazon, help market the product. and eventually bring the product and the traffic to our own website. We will start with a fixed monthly wage that is not too high, but once we become profitable a percentage of all profits will go to this person which should be a significant amount if we do it right. I need this person to be motivated and put actual effort into this and that is why you will get a percentage of the profit. if you are not trying to work long term and grow the business do not go for the job. experience is a must as it is hard to get in this business. need to know what you are doing.
