JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a positive, hardworking and coachable individual to run our Craigslist posting campaigns, manage our social media advertising and do some virtual assistant work.

• Looking for long-term employment and willing to work Full-time
• Don’t need a second Part-time job to complement your employment with us.
• Have reliable, high speed internet access and comfortable using Skype
• Have extensive working knowledge and experience of how Craigslist works
• Know how to work around common Craigslist posting challenges (e.g. ghosting and flagging.)
• Have experience or knowledge of using VPNs or IP proxy servers for masking your IP.
• Have experience or knowledge of Email marketing and use of auto-responders like Aweber
• Have experience or knowledge of using Landing (or Squeze) pages for lead generation
• If you are looking to learn marketing, copywriting, lead generation & growing a business, this will be an excellent position for you.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Post 100+ Craigslist Ads daily
• Handle Social Media Postings
• Handle customer service emails
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
• Write articles and blog posts for our website


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• Your paid holidays are: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
