WEB DEVELOPER/VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

2-We need help with keeping our server and sites up to date. We will also need help to build more sites and Freelance to finish other website and…

3-Part time and full time open for an EXPERIENCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT .
You will be doing a variety of tasks that could include, but are not limited to minor WordPress maintenance, social media management, customer service, order management, run the seller store etc.

WHAT WE PROVIDE/ABOUT COMPENSATION:
- Pay on the 15th and 30th of every month via PayPal , Payoneer. or TransferWise ( preference per employee)
-1 paid day off for your birthday after probation
- Paid Regular Philippines holidays after probation (Total of 12 Regular Holidays in Ph)
-Reimburse up to $200 USD computer/laptop fee after probation
- A percentage of high-speed internet fee reimbursed after probation (at the discretion of your manager)
- We pay bonuses for great work
- We give pay increases based on performance

REQUIREMENTS
.ABLE TO WORK DURING THE OPEN HOURS OF EAST COAST -USA
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• You will be focusing on Product to sell, research, saucing, listings, shipping, inventory management, marketing
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Have a good computer with high speed internet
• Honesty


ADDITIONAL Valuable SKILLS & EXPERIENCE IF ANY:
- Ability to source and identify manufacturers for private label products (primarily from China, India, Vietnam, etc., although USA or other countries valuable as well).
- Ability to build long term relationships with manufacturers
- Experience generating RFQ agreements with factories
-Negotiating prices with suppliers with findings from research and multiple quotes
- Requesting samples from suppliers
- Placing orders
- Experience with ----------
