JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking at a part time position starting at 20 hours per week working with the Operations Director here in the UK.
We operate a number of guest houses in the UK, requiring day to day management of customers, maintenance, compliance, sales and occupancy. .
This individual will be a multi-talented all-rounder, working alongside other team members in PH ensuring our customers are looked after and delighted by providing a quick efficient and seamless service. The position is expected to become a full-time position within 3-6 months
Requirements for Job
• Familiar and comfortable with online apps whether desktop or mobile e.g. Trello
• Experience in ensuring service to customer are delivered as expected
• Comfortable with speaking with people by phone, messaging apps or written email
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets or equivalent
• Comfortable and experienced in handling customer issues and or complaints
• Able to multi task and track multiple issues around maintenance , repairs, within hospitality environment
• Have some knowledge and experience of Facilities Management and or working within the Hospitality Industry


Objectives:
1. To improve response times on maintenance and repairs so guests are not inconvenienced.
2. To oversee and track Housekeeping activity to ensure Rooms are ready on time and to the desired standards
3. To match availability of rooms with what is being marketed and sold to customers and Corporate clients
4. To assist with any on going issues with regard to properties or rooms with a view to ensure they are back to required standards if they are put out of action temporarily
5. To track performance statistics around operating rooms and properties
6. To work with Reservation team for a smooth contact experience with all touch points of the business
