Chief Operating Officer - US Hours - Grave Yard

At least 3-4 Years experience as a COO is required for this role. No exceptions.
This is for a USA Company and pays very well. You will be working Grave Yard shifts during Los Angeles hours - Monday to Friday - 9AM - 5PM PST.

Responsibilities:

Be the central point of contact in the Company and be HIGHLY organized
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirements:

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing ---------- monstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
